Thank you for shopping with Without Wax Media.

Processing Time

Most products are made to order. Please allow 7–14 business days for processing before shipment.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped via USPS or other selected carriers. Tracking updates may take up to 24 business hours to appear after shipment.

Delivery Responsibility

Once your order has been shipped, Without Wax Media is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages
  • Carrier delays
  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

All delivery issues must be resolved directly with the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

International Shipping

If applicable, international customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
